Joshua Redman uses cutouts from comic books as his medium, transforming one piece of art into another. Every comic book tells a story. By deconstructing those stories and then piecing together hundreds of characters into a single image Joshua attempts to create an infinite number of possible storylines. If you pick any small area on the canvas you can create your own story.
